“First review I’ve ever written online and almost didn’t for some reason, but we all deserve kudos when there’s an opportunity to give it. I wish I would’ve gotten his name but the manager in the 7:00 hour tonight (assuming because he was in a navy button up dress shirt dressed differently than the rest) was prime example of top tier customer service. I placed a mobile order, confirmed on screen and was waiting to pull up to the window when I got a call that required me to get out of line and get home. I went back maybe 10-15 minutes later, my concept of time is trash. Went into the lobby, started to explain and he not only promptly remade the food, he said the order to me from memory including the mods before I even needed to tell him what it was supposed to be. He is tuned into and cares about his work and it shows. Thank you again for a pleasant experience amongst all the chaos in the world. Stay safe out there.“

“I stopped by the LaSalle Stand a few days ago and wanted to try something new, Lex the manager in LaSalle made me the most amazing drink, Iced snowy with pomegranate and it tasted better then I expected. Dez and Randi were literally scrubbing the drain and tiles on the floor!! Everytime we go we always get the best service at the LaSalle location. We will actually go out of our way to stop at the LaSalle 1!! This trip was extra amazing just seeing how much pride those girls take in having a clean store!!“

“LaSalle Human Bean is absolutely the best!! The Baristas are always so nice and work fast and efficient. We have been going here for over 10 years and have no complaints. Lex the manager is absolutely amazing and always does such a great job helping us decide on drinks and gives great recommendations on drinks. Dez, Alyssa, Jordan, Morgan, Hannah and all the baristas always do so good!!
