“I enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Tuscany Tavern. As visitors from California and Florida, we were looking for a nice restaurant with good food while visiting Evergreen, Colorado. We were very pleased with the food, service, and ambiance of Tuscany Tavern. I totally enjoyed my pasta Arrabiata! We totally recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for an excellent meal with great service. Our thanks to our server, Hudson, for his attentive service. We tried to get the Chef to come out so we could thank them personally but, not surprising, the kitchen was very busy.“

“We stopped in here after doing the dinosaur ridge trail, staff was friendly, great atmosphere and amazing pizza and mozzarella sticks! If we are ever in Colorado again we will for sure come back!“

“If you are planning a trip to Colorado, plan it in August, go to Blue Pan Pizza , and get their August special PEACH pizza. I had it last year and it’s even better than I remember this year! Get that perfect bite and make every one of your tastebuds happy!“

“We had the most fabulous meal last night. The new menu is fantastic. Still haven’t had a bad meal at Bistro Del Lago. Hats off to the staff for doing such a great job.“
