“This place is so delicious and delectable. We ordered the bun bo hue, pho with rare steak and brisket, and the tofu noodle basket. For starters the noodle basket was huge (and you can pick from different types of protein), there was a layer of crispy egg noodles topped with saucy rice noodles and a large variety of vegetables. The bun bo hue was fragrant and spicy, the lemongrass and herb flavor is perfect, and it's a great choice if you like spice/if it's a rainy day. The pho was good, the broth is clean and flavorful, and everything I want from a bowl of pho. The service is great, the restaurant is a little smaller and that just means that they are more attentive. This place offers such a large variety of food, and from what I could tell, all of it looks delicious. You'll spend about 15-20 dollars per person depending on what you order. And at the end of the meal a complimentary plate of coconut jelly is brought out. It is the perfect end to an already delicious experience.“

“Food was delicious - highly recommend the tuna tostada, the shrimp cake, the charred cabbage and the eggplant main. The beef tartar was just ok and I'd probably skip next time. Vibe was pleasant, not loud so good for friends catching up over dinner. Fyi they do have a wine bottle list if you ask and some very reasonably priced bottles which paired well with the food.“

“I took my girlfriend here for a celebration dinner and it was such a great experience.

The green beans were perfectly done. Our server recommended the shrimp and it was one of the best dishes we had. It was seasoned so well. The wings were also delicious. We wish we could have brought the sauce home. The fish was also amazing. While the salad was good, the other dishes just were so amazing we almost forgot about it.

I can’t wait to come back and have another wonderful meal.“

That said, I’ve been to dozens of pho spots, and Hot Pho stands out with a flavor I haven’t found anywhere else. If you love pho, this place is for you.“

“This is our favorite pho place up here in Thornton. It has never disappointed us once. Tonight we had Duc as a server and he was phenomenal. His service was literally above and beyond. He was so pleasant and prompt with everything. My little made a little bit of the mess with noodles and I was trying to clean it up and he made sure I knew that he had it and I didn’t have to clean it.

My partner made sure to get his name so that we could sit in his section the next time we come.“

“The most delicious pho broth in North Metro. In the last 6+ months, my Vietnamese friend and I have been taste testing pho in various locations and Pho Saigon is by far the best. It is very fragrant, flavorful, and served very hot. The broth is clear, as it should be, and has an exceptional balance of flavors. The staff is very attentive, and refilled drinks several times without needing to ask. Hopefully we will eventually try more menu items, but we will definitely be returning for the pho. My friend is a pho aficionado and from a family of Vietnamese chefs. They've had Pho in Vietnam, homemade pho, and have tried many restaurants in and around Denver, and cannot stop raving about this broth. Delicious, and absolutely worth a try.“

“Dropped by on a busy Sunday afternoon with my sister. She got a tiramisu cafe and added flan I ended up getting a strawberry matcha with ube cold foam and flan. Overall the place was busy parking was a little hard to find I would drop by during the week. We roughly waited about 15 minutes give or take. The drinks were delicious the only thing is the flan tasted more like instant boxed flan. Regardless it was good and for being busy we got it in a timely manner . The space for waiting is not big so it was super crowded I will definitely be back when I’m in the area to try other matcha flavors.“

“Edit: this has always been my favorite Pho restaurant, but now it is my ONLY Pho restaurant. I don't know what changed (if anything) but I just had one of the top ten meals if my life. I almost ordered a second bowl but physically it would have been impossible. I still want it though.

Don't pay attention to all the bad reviews below. You will notice that they are all from years ago. This place must have changed ownership since then. I started eating here a year ago and never a bad experience. Great broth, beef tendon is thick-cut, not the tiny pieces you get at most places. Very friendly service as well.“

“I love Pho Asian Fusion! I’ve been coming here since I moved to Denver in 2017. My order is tofu veggie pho with beef broth. The broth is flavorful, the portions are great, the people are nice! “My family and I have been coming here for almost 10 years now, and we are always very pleased with the food and service. We got the combination pho, a combination rice plate, and a seafood curry dish. We also love their fried pork egg rolls and highly recommend them! We also got a mango and passion fruit boba drink, which is always a classic dessert for the end of the meal.“

“Lovely first experience at Jennie Pho - we were seated immediately and the service was very friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. We enjoyed the food very much. The pho broth was delicious and we especially loved the rare steak and tendon. The accompanying vegetables were fresh and plentiful. On certain days of the week, they have some really amazing deals that we hope we can partake in the future. We also had the pork vermicelli noodle bowl and the pork was tender, great char, and good lemongrass flavor. We were so pleased to get a free kids meal as well - lemongrass chicken over a side of rice that was served immediately with our spring rolls. This was especially great service because toddlers are extremely impatient for food! They know their customer well. We will come back soon. Thank you for the great meal!“

“The owners of Wokano must have sold their souls to someone because I had an otherworldly experience eating this food. Best sesame tofu I’ve ever had. Tofu spring rolls pretty standard but they’re massive and come with both peanut sauce and sweet chili sauce.

They were happy to make the sesame tofu gluten free and they also have lots of vegan options.

Living close to this place is soon to bleed me dry but I can’t even act like I’m not ecstatic about it. I love you Wokano Asian Bistro.“

I’m updating my review after the restaurant kindly responded and explained that Colorado has an ordinance preventing them from including utensils or napkins unless customers request them. I didn’t realize this before, so here’s a friendly reminder—if you’re ordering to-go or delivery, be sure to ask for silverware, chopsticks, or a napkin if you need them. “The Pu Pu Platter is a great way to try the appetizers. Their chicken wings and the shrimp on the platter were incredible! The spring roll platter is great to share as well. Fast service, ample seating, and kind staff. They were nice enough to show us how to make our own spring rolls as well.“

“This is a solid pho spot. Service was friendly and quick, and the pho came with all the traditional fixings. The meat (we all ordered brisket and flank) was good quality and well-cooked. We finished with taro boba teas, which were tasty, though the boba itself was a bit dry and wrinkled. The atmosphere is pretty plain, but that’s expected for a pho place — it’s really about the food, and overall we left satisfied. We would return, but I wouldn’t drive to downtown just to eat there.

Prices were good but they did add a service fee for our party of 6- and it was $20. I probably would’ve tipped $20, because the bill was $88 but I thought it strange that it was just a flat $20 without mention of percentage. We did not tip on top of this and as mentioned by others they charge a weird $2.50 fee not mentioned also.“

It was chock full of all sorts of veggies, but they didn't overshadow the amount of chicken and there was enough sauce to mix my rice in for a full meal. It was spicy, but not too hot. Everyone in my office commented on how good it smelled. Don't be put off by the prices; the servings are enough to easily feed 2-3 people. The picture is from AFTER I ate my fill for lunch. The food is AMAZING, there is a TON of options, ppatr combos, or just by the scoop. And when they say 1 scoop they ALWAYS over serve you with 1.5-2 scoops for your price of one. They LOAD the food up for CHEAP. Its family owned and you can tell there is a lot of love put into this place from generation to generation. Now as a mother of a 9 year old I'm so happy that she gets just as excited at me to go to Golden scoop, like when I was a kid. Their food truly transcends generations.“
