“What a great place to enjoy beer. I found Something while driving back from an average dinner. Brighton is a growing area and main street has lots of places. You can tell when you walk in this is a brewery with lots of choices and plenty of fun. I started light and worked my way up to stout. All the staff is friendly and happy to explain the menu. If you are in Broghtpn and looking for a place to spend an evening this is the place.“
“We have been stopping by now and again for a while. Always good beers, staff is always friendly and it seems you can strike up a conversation with other folks.We've seen different food trucks and they always have something on tap for those non beer drinkers like kombucha or cider.“
“We had the best time at Mirror Image! My husband and I were visiting from LA and wanted a central spot so friends and family from Longmont to Denver could swing by and say hello! Not only did Mirror Image let us reserve the spacious patio, they even had an indoor backup plan for when it got too hot (and it did and we used it!) The bartender, Jax, was super kind and was great on checking in us (we were there for 6 hours total with around 30 folks coming in and out) PLUS the beer was great and the shareable pizza and food was delicious. What a great spot, will for sure be going back every time we come to Colorado.“

“After a walk through the Thursday Farmers Market, we happened upon Echo. I ordered the garlic cheese bread with roasted garlic and a half spinach salad with feta cheese, cranberries, and a pesto vinaigrette. The place was very busy, however the server tried her best. I loved eating outside and the ambiance made waiting to order and getting the food worth the wait! Leftover lunch for tomorrow, I think so“
