“The only issue I have is just waiting to have my order taken in general. It takes a a while standing there just to place an order or just waiting for your food in general. But overall, it's still good.”

“If you want Spicy Three Pepper Sauce, you have to go inside. They no longer have packets because they were discontinued, and they are not obligated to come out to the lobby to dispense the sauce into a container for drive-thru orders.

“If I could leave more stars, I would! I placed a catering order online and didn’t know that they were located on base (completely my fault) so I wasn’t able to get on base. They met up with me in their personal car and brought my catering order to me ! Such a kind thing to do! They also threw in some extra sides for me which was so thoughtful. “I think this place is okay. And a good location to go to when you need a quick drink or snack/ food especially when you don't wanna deal with the lunch rush at the PX. Went here on Friday. The employees are young so I'm very patient and understanding. They were kind of confused on if I ordered anything else other than a drink which I told them what I got ofc. But I was irritated that the kiosks don't give you a receipt to prove what you got so that's annoying. Anyways they were fast to get what I needed and I would say the drink was good and the food was mid but ya know it's Dunkin' Donuts. I got a peach refresher which was pretty good so I'll be getting it again fs.”

“I live in WY and found Shah Kabob House while my family spent the weekend in CO Springs. We stopped in for the 2nd time today as we drove through town on our way back from spring break. We have had variations of kabobs in VA, NM, CA, and AZ. None of them have been as good as Shah Kabob. I will miss this place (even though it's a 2.5 hour drive from my home now) when we move away. I recommend the place to all of our friends. The flavors are so vibrant and balanced! The best!”

Ms. Cleo (wife) runs the kitchen and the restaurant, until the husband Richard gets off from active duty military service in the army. “Whenever I am in a town with a Jamaican restaurant I eat there and all I ever have is the goat curry. I've had this dish in the US and in the Caribbean. The goat curry at Pete's is the best I've ever had! It is such a well balanced mix of spices, herbs, and vegetables that I couldn't identify more than a few of its complex ingredients. The decor adds to the experience of dining in a Kingstown bistro as well as the "love" that comes out of the kitchen.”
