The inside is packed with cool art, oddities, and murals, giving the place a unique vibe. Whether you’re stopping in for a show, drinks, or food, it’s worth checking out. It’s also in walking distance from The Black Sheep and What’s Left Records.“
“My favorite place in Colorado Springs! They have amazing flagship beers along with unique, cutting edge taps that will satisfy the soul. Every time I come in from my home three blocks away I'm impressed and trying something new. I love a brewery that challenges itself, challenges its drinkers, and is hugely successful with ridiculously amazing beer! Plus, the staff is exceptional and hospitable always caring for anyone's needs whether it's the beer drinker or the pup that is with. ♥️🐾“

“Found this place because I wanted a place open after the end of my shift at midnight. Such a laid back vibe. great cocktails and extensive list of spirits. The kitchen was closed, but the menu looks intriguing. Definitely recommend. Definitely will return.“

“I'm giving 4 stars because I know it is not the establishment itself that left a bad taste in my mouth. First time visiting; My fiance and I came here to celebrate his birthday. The woman behind the counter was chatting with some people at the bar, walked over to us and set menus down infront of us without even looking in our direction, while still speaking to the other guests. I found it incredibly surprising that she didnt atleast look at us and say hello.. The menu has a huge selection and so we are both looking forward to suggestions. Minutes go by and when she is finally done chatting with the other guests, she asks me if we know what we want. That is our greeting. My fiance is in the bathroom so I wait for him to come back. He comes back and we continue to wait! She is taking other people's orders and then starts closing out a large party before coming back to us. We were standing at the bar in silence for way too long. We just left. Very disappointed, but perhaps we will come back another time and try again.

“Absolutely loved our evening hanging out at Seven’s Gate. Been a long time, fan and visitor of Cerebus across the street, but had never made it over to Seven’s Gate until this evening. They were doing a fundraiser for Manitou Springs pride, and we were met with welcoming, smiles, tasty, beer, and amazing service from Kara. We didn’t get to try any of the food… But that will be a first on the next visit. Highly recommend visiting any time of the week, if you want to stop by for a chill atmosphere and good vibes. Will definitely be back!“

There is an adjacent pizza place with erratic hours (i.e., don't rely on them being open) so eat something before you arrive. Stays open late. The bartender Dave is a real professional and terrific guy who cares about his customers.“

“One of the greatest bars I've been to in the springs, super friendly staff and the owner Randy is very personable, plenty of pool tables and a darts board, as well as karaoke every Thursday Friday Saturday night. Highly recommend this bar.“

“What an incredible place, and environment. We're not new to Burlesque, but this place has added something so much more to it. The environment is very romantic, and intimate, feels very old school burlesque scene. Instantly felt safe, cozy, and comfy. Aside from the entertainers, let's talk about the best part! The FOOD. My husband got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, and his face lit up like a kid. I had to try it, And when I say that the fettuccine Alfredo is to die for, I mean it the sauce is so rich and fresh and just tastes premium. The chicken was perfectly cooked as well. I got some bruschetta and it was the perfect serving size and absolutely amazing. My husband got one of the specialty drinks and they brought it out with the smoke infuser and everything. Absolutely phenomenal!!“

“We went on New Year's Eve, and it was wonderful to see this place as busy as it deserves to be. We got addicted to Jacob's mixology in the Tipperary days and were excited to come see him again. The atmosphere is charming and very nostalgic. Cocktails remained solid, and the price point was much more accessible than prior. The new faces behind the bar were great additions. The only thing that would make this place even better is mocktail options. I hope this business model proves sustainable and successful enough that we will see more of Jacob's cocktail creativity on the menu soon. He is truly the most talented bartender in the city.“

“Allusions is located in a little hole in the wall of the Wobbly Olive. Food, drinks, and service were fantastic. It’s currently Star Wars themed and the amount of work that was put into decorating and the menu is truly mesmerizing. My only complaint is about the front of house staff at the Wobbly Olive. The older woman that works there was incredibly rude to us and took away from the amazing experience at Allusions.“

“UPDATE: My wife and I visited Colorado Springs again this year. And we promised ourselves that if we ever came back this way our evenings would be spent at the Mill Hill Saloon! We love the place! During this trip, we got the chance to meet and speak with the owner Jimmie Bloom. What a great guy! We danced two nights to the Jeffrey Alan Band. And buddy, did they deliver on the classic country music. Sure wish we had the Mill Hill Saloon down in Alabama. Thanks Jimmie for keeping a little piece of Americana alive and well.
The Mill Hill Saloon rocks! This is my kind of country hole-in-the-wall. It's not a big place by no means but it is cozy and friendly. The band there the night my wife and I went was amazing! They played lots of good old country songs you could dance to. And the beer was ICE cold. We had a great time! And shut the lights off when we left. The next time I'm in Colorado Springs, you can bet your boots, I'll be at the Mill Hill Saloon where the good folks are, and the snow flakes aren't.“

“Decent drinks. LOUSY service. We were all but invisible to our waitress, who was tipped well on the first round . Finally after waiting like 15 minutes before a check-in, we flagged down someone else who was also tipped well, but sadly wasn't much better. It was my first and only time there. I won't go back.“
