It’s understandable that you’re training new staff, but waiting 15 minutes during a quiet time for just two drinks was pretty frustrating. Since this location doesn’t offer mobile ordering, everyone has to order at the cashier, so I expected the process to be a little quicker when there wasn’t a rush. Hopefully things will run more smoothly once the team gets more experience.
