A shout out to Agave Underground at the Foothills Mall! My husband and I went there for the first time tonight and the atmosphere is lovely and fun, the employees are personable and welcoming (and funny!), and the food and drinks are absolutely incredible! Saturday is karaoke night and it was such a fun experience. We will definitely make it a regular place to eat.
lol. I don't know where to start. We ordered two takeout meals and they were given in an inside out raising canes bag. We ordered 2 poblano rellenos plates. We got exactly 2 poblano rellenos and some chip strips on top. Nothing else, no beans, no rice, nothing. I would pay maybe $6 for each of these at another place. I'm contacting my credit card to get my money back.
Food and drink was great!
Host held tables to inflate demand but they were empty the entire time. We had to sit at the bar and when asked, it was due to only allowing 6 tops to sit (despite a 3, 4, and 5 all sitting there).
Service at the bar was non existent and had to ask 3 people for our check to leave.
Food and drink was good, but would not return or recommend. Way too many Mexican places in Northern Colorado to not be on your A game.
