Arby's in Fort Collins

“I went through the drive through and the young man that helped me was very helpful and patient with me. I was getting a call at the time off ordering and at the window so I was not being very window polite but he was again patient and polite to my rude self. I'd like to say I'm sorry as I normally wouldn't have been the rude person in this situation but the call was very important and could not be ignored.“

“We pulled up right before close (we didn't realize they were closing that soon) and saw they were putting chairs up and started to leave when Jesus came out and motioned us to come in. Despite us being bad customers and coming before close, Jesus and Gio were very kind to us and didn't make us feel bad at all. Their service was amazing, quick, and greatly appreciated!!! Not to mention the restaurant was SO clean and the food was delicious!“

“The guys working this Arby’s were so fantastic. I rarely go to Arby’s and this one even less due to the location.But holy moly! The Bacon Ranch Wagyu Steakhouse Burger was delicious! Of course fast food will never look as it does in the advertising- but it was delicious! That’s why I didn’t even get a photo.What made it such a great experience is that I ordered the mac and cheese- if anyone has had Arby’s mac and cheese you know it’s soooo good. But because I’m not an Arby’s regular- I didn’t know it was SEASONAL! I ordered random different items at the drive thru because I didn’t know what I wanted to replace the mac and cheese with. LOL! I got to the window and they all asked each other and found out that the m&c comes back in January.The guys here were really sweet, realizing I’m not a regular of Arby’s. Before I drove off the one at the window said “SEE YOU IN JANUARY!” - in fact- they will see me in January! And probably before then. They were so sweet I’ll pick the extra drive for the friendliness!“
