“So it was a little odd. At first, the hostess tried to seed us at the furthest table in the back with no people, practically in the alley. And we said hey can we have one of those tables up front? She said well those servers are overburdened and it will be slower. Which was fine with us. However, we got our drinks quickly and the food came fairly quickly too. My lobster roll was great as were the brussel sprouts.“

“Every time I’ve been here it’s been pretty much solely in the year 2025. I was reading some old reviews and was surprised at how negative some of them were by calling it non-inclusive. That may have been true at one point so I won’t discredit those statements and I am a cisgender white man, but I’ve generally been in the minority every time I am there. Lots of people from across the spectrum and while there may be some bashing of people who are trying to take away some of our rights, I would hope that would be expected from a place like this. I won’t get political but figured I’d include that. Regardless, there’s never been any real hate and I’m an awkward dude and get uncomfortable when there’s any tension, and generally haven’t been any more uncomfortable than I usually am. So—for the year 2025, I’d say a lot of the previous negative reviews in 2021 just don’t apply any more or I’m missing some very dramatic days during the work week.“

Their food menu has a nice variety and daily specials are always well done. This pub truly emanates a feeling of family. It’s amazing how many long-term employees are there, which is a direct reflection of the ownership and managers caring for their staff and customers. “My boyfriend and I had a date night last night (10.03.25) at The Still! It was not our first time, but it was the first time we had been there with a dinner special. I ordered the Ribeye with the veal demi-glacé and the brussel sprouts with the blue cheese balsamic… I don’t even like Brussel sprouts but something told me to try this plate and I was NOT disappointed. I was so impressed with the meal. My only regret was that I couldn’t order it again right away. It was the best meal I’ve had in a long while. Genius idea. Plating was incredible. Also, I got the burnt honey crème brûlée for dessert and I got the best, most satisfying crack out of it. It was sooo good. And my Peach, Please! cocktail was so on point, I got two. We had a truly wonderful date and I can’t wait to return to The Still Whiskey Steaks! 100/10 recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“The tea was lovely and in a beautiful space atop the Elizabeth Hotel. We had some trouble finding the lounge when we were sent up the guest elevator by the front desk, with no direction. We got off on the 5th floor to find guest rooms and hallways but no signage as to where the lounge was located. I have been there before, but we used a dedicated elevator by the Magic Rat and apparently that elevator was not in service, so they sent us up to fend for ourselves. We ran into other guests wandering the halls and someone finally came out of an unmarked door to direct us inside. We made it. The set up was nice and the lounge seating was roomy and comfortable. There were 4 teas offered, and we tried 3 of them, all delicious. We ordered a bottle of sparkling rose that was also nice. The food offerings were decent but would have loved more of a tea sandwich or more substantial bites. They did have 2 types of scones with 2 spreads, 4 small savory bites and 3 dessert bites. Again, it was all pretty good (not the liver pate, it was very gamey) but would have loved a little more substance in the savory offering. We spent nearly 2 hours enjoying the view and the piano player. I would recommend this tea for the ambiance and views for sure.“

“New restaurant review: Who: Indigo Where: 144 N Mason St UNIT 8, Fort Collins, CO 80524 ( underneath the parking garage at the intersection of Laporte & Mason) About them: This is a brand new upscale Indian cuisine concept that has been open since July 4th 2025. The Feed.... Main items ordered: Signature Grilled Indigo Lobster - fresh tail Grilled with garlic and herbs served with drawn butter, rice and a small Julianne style fresh vegetable slaw. Goat Chettina - slow cooked meat in a chettina style black pepper with coconut curry. Palak Paneer - Cottage cheese cubes in a very smooth spinach sauce Bread: Garlic Naan Rosemary Naan Drinks: Spicy Mango Mule (Mocktail) Coke Dessert: Rose Rosmalai - soft sleeve dumplings soaked in fragrant rose scented saffron milk. The Experience: We had walked by this place waiting for it to open for weeks and were happy to see people eating there this weekend so we gave it a try. We were greeted by one of the owners and sat at a corner table of our choosing. As we looked over the menu we spoke with Nishant about some of the items on the menu as well as the overall idea behind this concept. He told us that their goal was to open up a space that was unlike any other In town with an emphasis on food quality, execution and attention to detail. Our drinks were served and I will see it took a little more time than normal to get them but not the end of the world.. The star of the show was the food. Where to start.... The lobster dish not only was plated well but the flavors on the tails were amazing. Grilled perfectly and the protein was not rubbery so they know how to cook this. The goat Chettina was well presented with my only criticism being that I had to navigate some very big and small bones but the meat was very tender and well flavored. The sauces are unique to each dish as as anyone who has been to Indian restaurants will tell you... alot of the times this is not the case.. They build these flavor profiles separately and each stands alone as its own unique dish which makes this place different. The Palek Paneer hands down is the best representation of this type of dish I have ever had. The freshness of the cheese is one thing but the silky smooth finish of the spinach... WOW... My big complaint about this dish at the places I have been is that the cheese gets granular with a sandy type finish. Not here. This was fresh, smooth and just melted in your mouth with each bite.. when you add the extra flavor texture of the spinach to this its a home run. The Naan's were thinner than I am used to but very good just different.. The fresh Rosemary was just incredible. That hit your nose as soon as they brought the food out. Freshly cut too. The Rose Rosmalai was just great and something we had never tried before and to say it continues the theme of uniqueness that we found at this restaurant would be an understatement. The cheese dumplings were great but the rose forward smell and the saffron milk together just made for a perfect flavor explosion... what a great way to end the meal. Overall Impressions: They are new, they are young and they are here to prove that you can be unique in this space which is difficult but not impossible. Everything we had here was different than anything we have had at other Indian restaurants so as long as they continue this level of execution the people will come.. they are going to be successful. Their food preparation and quality are already at a very high level. They are meeting the moment and a few small things aside this is as close to culinary perfection as one can get. As a resprentation of several parts of India I would say they know their food and their menu reflects this so there is something here for everyone. Thank you to the two owners A.J. & Nishant for their hard work and for taking the time to talk with us. We wish you nothing but continued success. You will do well and this is a welcomed and unique addition to the Fort Collins food scene. Indigo is definitely a 1 of 1 Happy eating !“

“The bar keep here deserves a standing ovation. This dude is an absolute machine — moving nonstop for over an hour, serving everyone at the bar, filling tickets, cleaning, running dishes, clearing glasses, prepping for servers — without missing a single beat. It’s wild to watch. He’s got that old-school pride in the craft, handling business with total precision and speed.

He pours beer perfectly — none of that “too much foam, not enough beer” nonsense — just perfect head every time, cold glass, clean prep, spotless station. It’s like watching someone run a symphony behind the bar.

Also, pro tip: the happy hour wings are worth destroying, skip the fried gouda, and just enjoy the vibe. Between the energy, the beer selection, and that bar keep, this place is an easy 5/5.“

“Solid pub fare, but the standout was the service and the ciders. Liam, the GM, was fantastic. He was on his own at the bar, but didn't fail to greet us with a smile when we came in, and was quick to help us whenever we approached the bar. Scrumpy's is the home of Summit Ciders, and theirs are fantastic. There really is something for every palate. Liam convinced us (it didn't take much) to try a flight of all 16 ciders for $28, which is a great value as a separate flight of 8 is $17. Each taster is good for several sips, and since we were heading back home to SD, we didn't need any other drink with our meal. We took several ciders home with us, and if they didn't have any 4-packs left they were able to provide a choice of growlers or growlettes. Liam was again amazing, juggling our cider order while helping other customers, and still helped us bring some of our ciders to our car. He even threw in a couple of cute stickers with their hedgehog logo, and some BOGO cocktail cards. We'll definitely have to try their cider based cocktails when we inevitably return.“

“The coffee shop itself is really nice with super cute décor, which makes it a cozy spot to sit and enjoy a drink. They offer a large variety of pastries, cakes, and even quiche, which is a nice touch compared to other cafés. I tried the pumpkin latte and it was creamy and flavorful, while the matcha latte was smooth and well-balanced.

My only disappointment was that I specifically placed my order for “here” but was still served everything in to-go containers. On top of that, while the barista wasn’t rude or mean, he really didn’t show any customer service skills, which made the overall experience feel a little flat.

Hopefully, these small things can be improved, because otherwise it’s a charming spot with great drinks and a tempting pastry selection.“

“Have you met Rachael?? She is the bartender who took care of me. She was on point! The California heat tacos were fantastic!! I had mine prepared with the tempura shrimp, with a nice shot of butt burning habanero sauce. The sides were black beans with the cilantro rice. The rice was the perfect texture to accent the cilantro flavor. I mixed the beans in cause I’m that guy!! All around 5 stars.“
