Their food is great and their support of local artists through their block party event is fantastic. I had the privilege of meeting their owner a few years back when I was driving for Lyft and got a ride request from him when he needed to go make sure their Prospect location was locked up properly after he received notification that a door was left open. he tipped me very generously and it was genuinely a fun ride. It never surprised me that the atmosphere of MCHC had the same fun appeal whenever I ate there. I am definitely gonna visit next time I am in Fort Collins!“

“We hosted a MBA happy hour at the Ramskeller and ordered Sexy Sammies for our meal. Brandon at SS helped get everything set up and ordered ahead of time and was excellent to work with! He was very communicative in the planning process, helpful on site, and supportive of the small tweaks needed along the way. He was so enthusiastic throughout the entire process which made it fun to work with him and eased my stress during a big event. It made all the difference!
