Great little spot in the center of the mall. I don't go to the mall often, but we were in the mood for coffee after our movie. I wasn't expecting a coffee stand, but having it out in the open was nice. They didn't have drip coffee that late in the afternoon (which was what I wanted), but the Americano was really great! Super cute cafe in Fort Collins!!!! They offer a variety of drinks including specials that I think change every month or so! I had an iced Ube latté with oatmilk and as an avid fan of Ube since I grew up eating it, I was a bit disappointed that the flavor wasn't really coming through.
