“We were treated so wonderfully! Knowledgeable staff walked us through each dish and recommendations from appetizers to desserts. Everything was prepared to perfection and was so flavorful and rich. And even though we were stuffed we had to have dessert! The four of us each ordered something and shared and it was on point! We will absolutely be back! Our server Arianna and the GM Kyle made our night and each get 5 stars! Thank you so much for the best night :)“

“It's a 😎 joint. The bartender was rushing us, and when you have a hundred beers, you need some time. I ordered my mac and cheese with no hatch chilies. He said they could make that happen. It didn't happen. The chilies were cooked in it. However, I asked for a hot dog cut up and mixed with the M&C, and they did that. Hubby loved his Ruben and fries. They use rice oil to fry foods. Hubby can't have soy oil; he was super happy about that“

“bad service but we like the chicken and ribs so we order take out. tonight we had a salad in our takeout which was awful and full of previously frozen and wilted lettuce. Called to speak to a manager to let them know to check their salad. on hold for 20 min...then they picked up and hung up on me. 3 strikes you are out. incredibly poor service for a guest service industry. and now after posting I do NOT recommend, this posts as I recommended...haha. do yourself a favor and stay away“

“We had a fantastic time at Penrose Taphouse for New Year's Eve with our two kids (8 and 5). The atmosphere was perfect-relaxed and just the right vibe for a chill, close-to-home celebration. I had the grilled salmon, which was delicious, and my husband enjoyed the Hanks Hot Honey fried chicken. For drinks, I had the Mule-Berry, which was made with vodka, strawberries, lime, and ginger beer. It was refreshingly balanced, not too sweet, which was a nice surprise. We loved every second of it and can’t wait to return!“

“Went here on a double date and had a pretty good experience overall. The restaurant was clean and smelled great, but it was surprisingly dark inside — even though it was still sunny out, the lighting felt a bit too dim for our taste. The food was excellent and tasted super fresh, which almost made up for the higher prices. Drinks were definitely on the expensive side compared to nearby spots. That said, the service was friendly and attentive. If you're okay with paying a little more for great quality food, it's worth checking out.“

“I enjoyed my visit. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. The Bar was a favorite followed by the pizza I ordered. My orders from the bar were prompt and flavorful. The bartender or should I say mixologist created drinks that wowed the pallet and ensured I will return.“

“The food is pretty tasty at a reasonable price. My group meets here regularly. My only issue, and this is common amongst many restaurants is the lack of noise cancelling tiling. If the restaurant is crowded it's almost impossible to have a conversation. If you're there to watch a game then it's great to have the noise. In the summer there's outdoor seating which is great!“

“Came in after a round of golf for a beee and some sandwiches and OMG the food was amazing! It’s like a craft beer sports bar close to the CSU campus. High top long tables and 8-10 round tables that are repurposed spools for large electrical wire. This place is cool and everything was top notch. Great outdoor seating in front and back too!!“
