Will not visit another one in town. Blair's attention to my family's preferences, knowing when my kiddo upgraded his stomach for the foot long. She knew. Our kiddos feel very confident ordering their sandwiches as these two are so patient! As a customer, they make you feel special, like they remember you and your preferences. Feels so rare these days! Restaurant is always so clean, freshly stocked and they always get your order correct. Our sandwiches always taste like they are made with care and we really appreciate you, Blair and John!“
“I came in to pick up my online order, and while I was a little early, Chris was super kind and communicative about the situation. It was clear as day how hard he was working to rise above the challenge OF BEING BY HIMSELF, and I hope his boss TAKES NOTICE and that he's rewarded for the effort he's put in!

“This location has always been poorly kept. I believe there’s new management, in the last couple months it’s been much cleaner, better service, less homeless people hanging around ( they’re still outside but not in front of the store or inside) employees are nicer and seem to actually care what they’re doing. There’s still one kid I don’t know his name for sure as he never wears a name tag but he’s Hispanic and always wears an older subway jersey style shirt with glasses and if he’s alone the music is some cussing gangster stuff he’s terribly rude to everyone I stood in the lobby for a min before he came from in back to help me an all he said was “what do you want” everyone else is newer or very polite. I eat subway on average 3 times a week it’s inexpensive, an healthier than the other options on my way home this is my new go to store.“
“Awesome subway branch. Fast service, open tables to sit at and most importantly, workers are friendly and very personable. I realized that I forgot my wallet when I went to pay and the GM, Joe paid for my sub. Of course I’ll pay him back and won’t abuse the hospitality but this story goes to show the exceptional kind of service you get when visiting this branch.“

“This review is specifically about an employee on shift 7/22 around 4pm (I didn’t catch his name). Our interaction was less than 2 minutes long but it was the most positive customer service experience I’ve ever had at any Subway. My boyfriend and I were waiting for an online order that we placed and the employee was taking care of some in-house customers. He finished their transaction a few minutes later and he came right up to the table we were waiting at with a huge smile and he apologized for the wait (which wasn’t necessary we only waited for 5 min tops) he was just so nice and friendly. When we got home and opened our sandwiches, we were so amazed at how well built they were. There were no mistakes, every ingredient was on there and the ratio of everything was just perfect. This dude is practically a sandwich scientist. I never thought I’d care this much about a damn sandwich but this employee has raised my standards. Thank you Subway employee guy on west drake!“

“I came in today and Spencer is one of the best employees I’ve ever had to deal with. I moved to Colorado about two months ago and going to the Subway is nothing like it is in Alaska. Spencer is one of the best employees he was super happy and when I told him that my sandwich was a little too raw, he made me another one and said don’t worry about it. It’s just it’s kind of crazy. You don’t find good customer service anymore but this guy he actually gave me a good customer service. I go to Subway probably three times a week and now I’m always gonna come to this location“
