“When you are a veteran who hates fireworks and your dogs take on that energy so they also hate fireworks. And you know soon you will all be floating here soon to make it through the night. But you want to enjoy BBQ with your babies, I went to LA Monica's food stand here in Fountain, CO and got me and my babies some really good BBQ to enjoy to celebrate. I hope everyone has a great 4th of July and their celebrations. (No they are getting the bones)“

“Build your plate. I had brisket, hot links, okra and fries. This is the best restaurant okra I’ve ever had. Being from Mississippi, I know fried okra. The fries and okra are prepared as they are ordered and are served fresh and hot. The fries are nice and firm, not mealy at all. The brisket was good and the hot links too. Portions are generous. The staff is great and the place is clean. I will definitely be back. You can’t miss with this place.“

“Two nights in a row and we’re satisfied with our food and beyond pleased with our service!! Kayla was amazing and gave her absolute 110% attention to our table!! “Seen these guys at the same spot in fountain pretty often (in front of kwik way/ kings liquor).Finally got a plate and the food was phenomenal and the guys running the truck were cool. It’s a shame people have left bad reviews because they couldn’t find them. Their Brisket & green beans were by far my favorite I’ve had in the springs area“
