Blade and Bone is a new restaurant in Grand Junction that offers delicious meals and outstanding service. The 8 oz filet mignon is cooked to perfection, with a great flavor and tenderness. The Seafood Stuffed Pasta is a must-try, although slightly overcooked, it comes with a unique presentation and professional drizzling of sauce. Shareable sides like mashed potatoes and salads are also recommended. The cocktails are well-made, especially the old fashion. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable, with some noise issues in certain sections. The staff is friendly, although some may need a bit more professionalism. Overall, Blade and Bone is easily the best steak house in the area, with excellent steaks, fresh salads, and tasty sweet potato fries. Despite some small improvements needed, the restaurant is a great addition to the Grand Junction dining scene.
