Starbucks in Grand Junction

“Was helped by Fawn (I believe that was her name), she was personable and got my order quickly. Got an Impossible egg sandwich and a Frappuccino. It was tasty, and the sausage was not over seasoned. The bun was a bit hard on the one side. Otherwise, it was good. The one complaint was that the restroom was pretty dirty. I had even mentioned that the restrooms in Starbucks are usually pretty clean when going into the store, not this one, unfortunately. Overall, the Frappuccino was made perfectly, and the sandwich hit the spot and Fawn/Fern? was great!“

the staff were so nice!! this might be the best customer service i've ever had. they were so friendly.
the atmosphere in this location is perfect.

if you ever want to pick something up there, my recommendations are the butter croissant and the mango dragonfruit refresher, they're my faves.“

“I usually go to this Starbucks on my way to work in the morning and let me just say the morning staff there is amazing! When I go through the drive through they are always so sweet and when I walk in to pick up my to go order the WHOLE STAFF welcomes me and asks me how I’m doing! They also write a cute little note on my cup every time. Love this location!“

“My friend actually went in and ordered me a drink. I'm such a difficult person when it comes to my drink. I don't really like too many things. And what she said to me when I gave her my order is something I've since relayed to 2 friends and a dozen family members.This lovely barista asked me if I'd had anything to eat that day. She asked as though she knew I was ordering a large coffee, laden with sugar, as my first meal .....at 2 pm.Her scolding took me off guard. Was this genuine regard for my well being and choices? It turns out not, it was an upsell with the intent of selling pastries.BUT dat tone.❤I could see paying someone $100/hour to act like they care that much about my choices.

“Always a great stop at Starbucks in Grand Junction, Colorado!! The environment is friendly and you can really see the hustle and effort from the employees working hard to keep things moving.

We stopped on a Friday while passing through town and liked it so much that we made sure to stop again on our way back through on Monday.

They’re also very dog friendly and even have pup cups, which is always a big plus when traveling with your dog. Great service and a great stop when you’re in the area. ☕🐶“

“I usually come Saturday morning when I run my errands and Marcia always takes amazing care of me. When the new one was built next door I cheated and went there so I didn’t have to get my toddler out of the car. It’s absolutely terrible. Always watered down no matter what I get. So back to City Market and Marcia. Tonight I went at the end of the day and Rylee helped me. He was just as amazing! I tried something new and he was extremely personable (just like Marcia) and the shaken espresso was heavenly. Another young blond has helped me as well but I didn’t catch her name. Needless to say, it’s the best in town. Thank you all for keeping my coffee addiction tasty <3“

“Last time I came in during the day; our request for kids temp drink wasn’t recognized.
This time the lady working (12/30 5pm) was so sweet and patient with us and our daughter, offered suggestions when my 2 year old got picky and offered a new drink if she didn’t like the strawberry lemonade (thankfully she loved it!). Mine and my husbands drinks were delicious“
