You’ll probably catch me at any event they will be posted up at. “Absolutely love VIP Tacos.Super fast and efficient street food.Friendly staff is always helpful explaining what some of these items on the menu are.We have tried several different dishes that we couldn't even pronounce, lol but recommended. “La comida deliciosa! OMG. So good.You have to try the quesabirria. Rice and beans were so wonderful!!! Had adobada, carnitas, cabeza and asada as well. All were so tasty. When we come back for a MTB trip, we may eat here every day.This is now a destination next time we come back to Colorado on a road trip.“
