“Liza the manager is so amazingly friendly and wonderful. Honestly all the staff is phenomenal. We live in highlands ranch, where there is a Nekter, but drive to this location for the staff and product quality. The same order tastes so much better at this location than the others! It’s worth the drive, and the price for this level of service and excellence.“

I won't be needing the other Acai place, this will be my go to place instead. more vegan options, better toppings (loved the cashew crunch typing), and they didn't charge extra for nut-butters. “Nice place to get a smoothie. They have unique flavor combinations that I haven't seen at other smoothie shops.

For some reason, the blender noise here seemed REALLY loud. I'm not sure if it's the acoustics of the space or where they have the blenders but it was too much noise to be able to stay there to drink our smoothies. Other than that, great place! Thanks so much“

The only thing I may not get again is the spicy chai - it’s too spicy I couldn’t finish it. “We enjoyed our Playa Bowls order last weekend, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. While we generally had a positive experience, we were disappointed to find that the extra items we paid for were missing from our customized bowls. We understand that mistakes can happen, especially with custom orders, and by the time we realized, we were already a distance from the store. Despite this oversight, we still appreciate Playa Bowls and will likely order again“

“I'm super bummed to see the poor reviews here. I think the sheer volume of online/delivery style orders that go out really creates the perception that the service is slow. Hopefully management can step in and figure out a better way to run this location.. However, the team is always pleasant, smiley, and working diligently. The products that they create are always beautiful and delicious. I hope they stick around because this is one of my favorite ways to treat myself.
