I got "The Green" açaí bowl with spiralina and added kale and it was very sweet. I wish the açaí bowls had options with veggies because I'm not a big fan of fruit-only açaí bowls or smoothies because they have a lot of sugar. Also, I should've added protein to make it more satiating. Overall, it was an okay snack but not very filling.
I went looking for a smoothie or bowl in downtown Denver and chose this place because other reviews indicated it was healthy. I was pleased with the menu selections and quick service, but the pricing took me a bit by surprise. I think the regular and large bowls are fairly priced, but when I added two extra ingredients, they were 1.5 each. Okay- this was by far the best Acai bowl I've ever had! Jess the manager was slammed and she not only handled it will but also made the most delicious bowl in a timely manner. I was impressed. I will be back with my husband and son in the near future. They also have food and coffee!
