The whole family loved this place. I got the green chili burrito. Loved. My husband got the shrimp burrito. We all got a taste of it and it was delicious. We will be returningDietary restrictions: I have a dairy restriction. They were accommodating.Kid-friendliness: My kids enjoyed their food.
I suppose our first hint of trouble should have been the fact that there were absolutely no other patrons here (none!) while the Mediterranean place next door was packed. Next was the fact that our server, nice as she seemed, spoke very little English. And she also seemed to understand very little Spanish because when I ordered a dish from the menu, in Spanish, she asked me to show her on the menu and then repeated the name of the dish exactly as I had a moment previously. Sometimes you just find a gem. I ordered fajitas because it is a safe bet at many restaurants. The seasoning in the chicken was outstanding; loved it. Later the host brought me some hot sauce that he recommended. It was hot, but rich in flavor, so good! I'm not great at guessing flavors but it seemed like adobo and chipotle had a spicy child. Even if the food was average, it wasn't, the people made it great! Good luck Agave.
