Great location! Next to river and bus access to Crested Butte.
Their website shows a 4 p.m. check in time. At a 5 p.m. check in I was told my reservation could not be located. I had to go back to my car, get my confirmation number and return to the front desk. Then I was told I would have to wait for the first associate to finish with his guest before I could move forward. Waited about two minutes and a third person offered to help. We had the best experience rafting the upper Taylor our guide Ruth was amazing as well as the ones training . Everyone at the resort is helpful and just full of life we WILL BE BACK !
