Good food!! We live south about 10 miles and we come to eat every couple of weeks!
Great food, service and location!
Randomly stumbled upon here on a day trip! Walked in, grabbed some food and coffee at Mule's Ear Bakery! Great atmosphere and extra delicious.

Almont Resort, Restaurant and Bar 47 is a great base for exploring the mountains. The resort offers comfortable rooms, including rustic cabins and newer riverfront options. The surrounding area is walkable, but caution is advised on the roads. The restaurant serves incredible food and wine, with a wide selection of options, including Bezel by Cakebread Wineries. The service is excellent and friendly, making for a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant is especially popular for Sunday brunch, where guests can see others, enjoy very good food, and maybe have a drink or two. Harold’s return during the weekend has added to the positive atmosphere. The restaurant has the best fish for dinner, perfectly cooked and moist, and breakfast options like eggs benedict are just the way some guests like them. There is a charming outdoor seating area and a patio where visitors can relax. The bar and the firepit area provide nice spots to finish the day with a drink. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay and dine, worth the drive to visit.
