“Frenchy's Cafe on the Pond is absolutely wonderful. We only had dessert, since we had breakfast at the RV a little bit ago. We selected Tin Cup Pie, which Randy, absolutely loved. . .He just finished it. Such a good choice, and I selected Fruits of the Forest with ice cream on top, it was even a little warm. The fruit was Apples, strawberries and other fruit. It was outstanding, and I loved, it. Both items were done with love, kindness and generosity. “Location, location, location. We loved it and are returning in June. We plan on using it as our central location for 6 days of exploring the mountains. Hopefully we will hit the peak of flower season this time and conditions are good. We've been too early once and the flowers weren't open yet because of a late spring, then we missed the blooms because of poor weather. Hopefully the 3rd time is a charm. Irregardless the facility is a great place to start the journey around the area.Rooms: Not bad. We were in the old rustic cabins and then the newer river front ones next. Had a great time, met some fun families and made some friends.Walkability: Plenty of resort area to walk around on. Careful on the roads however”

“We stopped by this restaurant after a full day of skiing. We love Indian food, but have not had the opportunity to experience Tibetan food prior to this. I had the Sherpa stew which was amazing! My brother had the chicken curry and it was so well done! Atmosphere is quaint with a theme of mountain climbing. The service was spot on and extremely enjoyable.”

“This was our first coffee stop on our trip in Gunnison, and let me just say it was spectacular. Truly tastes like genuine Italian coffee. Plus they make their own syrup! Staff was also super nice. Where we are from in NWA, coffee is super expensive so we were pleasantly surprised to find coffee until $7!”

“BEST FOOD IN THE VALLEY PERIOD. I’ve been here 4-5 times and gotten something different every time and I’m continuously amazed by the food. The Khao Kho Moo is one of the most flavorful, tender, and delicious meals I’ve had in my life, I got specifically for my birthday it’s that good. The portions are big and your food is always hot and ready when you order it. They also have tons of specials. “We got our son’s graduation cake done by Alyssa. It was AWESOME!! I’m GF and his favorite Candy is Reese’s . I broke my diet twice for this cake (I’m not supposed to have sugar) and it was so worth it! GF Reese’s cake!! He’s a big time fly fisherman, so her cake captures his personality perfectly!!!!! I already love Jermaine, and the added cake bonus is perfect. I highly recommend the whole experience”

“Apparently I live under a rock because I had no idea what Tacocat Tacocart was until a friend enlightened me today! OMG it is PHENOMENAL food, they have OUTSTANDING service, and an extremely EASY website to order from!!! I ordered some chicken tacos and a pork burrito and it was ready 10 minutes later! They also text me to tell me my order was ready. I can't say enough good things!! If you haven't tried it yet you are definitely missing out.”

“The bike shop was amazing and super helpful. Tried multiple bike shops in the area and called even more. Most bike shops told me good luck but not these guys. They where determined to find a part to fix my bike. And they did. Highly recommend them!”

“I wish Google had a 10 star rating system…this place deserves 10. We had the Caesar salad first…excellent homemade Caesar dressing. Garlic loaf next…maybe the best garlic bread I’ve ever had in my life. Combination pizza next…simply amazing. Please open locations in the front range!!!!!! There is literally nothing as good as this place there. And the atmosphere? Love it.”

“Great food! I haven’t had an authentic chili relleno since moving to Denver, but ALL of their food was spot on! Their plates were a little smaller than I’m used to, but more than enough to fill me up. Ordered a house margarita and it was great sized and super strong! Small spot, so you may have to wait a bit, but it was worth it. Over all a GREAT family owned and run spot!”

“Great meal on our way through town after a day skiing at CB. Got there in time for happy hour - popcorn chicken/fries and poutine. The veggie sandwich with fresh grilled veggies had a great variety of veggies! Squash, asparagus, greens, sweet potatoes, and probably more! My son devoured the chicken sandwich - I’m surprised it fit in his mouth, it was so big. I’m pretty sure the ketchup was homemade. Also great sauces on the sandwiches. Big hit!!Vegetarian options: Excellent veggie sandwich - hold the cheese to make it vegan!”
