“We had late lunch at your Highlands Ranch location on Thursday October 26th. We enjoed absolutely excellent service by "Trisha" and her helpers. They were efficient, polite and friendly, Whoever trained them did a superb job. OLG is very fortunate to have such great employees. We will definitely go back.”

“I recently discovered this hidden gem of a sushi restaurant tucked away in a strip mall next to Starbucks and that shares a parking lot with Taco Bell in Highlands Ranch. From the outside, it’s easy to miss, But once you step inside, you’re in for a treat!

The menu is massive, offering an impressive variety of sushi, sashimi, rolls, and Japanese dishes. What stands out is the freshness of the food and the high-quality ingredients. The sushi was some of the best in the area, beating the regular spots in Highlands Ranch.

Our server was delightful —kind, attentive, and very helpful in navigating the menu. They made excellent recommendations and made us feel well taken care of.

The only downside is the atmosphere, which feels a bit blah and could use some updating to match the quality of the food. However, the restaurant just started offering beer, wine, and sake, and plans to expand their liquor menu soon, which is a promising!

Despite the unassuming location and lackluster ambiance, the incredible food and top-notch service make this my new favorite sushi spot in Highlands Ranch. If you’re looking for fresh, delicious sushi that outshines the competition, don’t let the location deter you—this place is great!”

“Sushi Mango is a must-visit for sushi lovers! We did the steamed gyoza dumplings and the tempura shrimp! Both were delicious!

The fish is incredibly fresh, and the portions are generous — you can really taste the quality in every bite. We tried several rolls, and each one was phenomenal:

Black Dragon Roll – Rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Hearty eel pieces!

Tempura Shrimp Roll – Perfectly crispy with a great balance of texture and taste. Loved this one because the sauce to roll ratio was great!

Rainbow Roll – Fresh slices of fish over a classic
California roll and colorful favorite done right.

Bronco Roll – Unique and packed with flavor — a definite standout! A little spicy and well balanced!

Lollipop roll - this one was the cucumber outside and no rice! Very yummy with a fun refreshing sauce! It was well balanced!

Sushi and sashimi are generous cuts and fresh! I appreciate their display of our order!

The quality, flavor, and portion size exceeded our expectations. Sushi Mango knows what they’re doing, and we’ll definitely be back!

“I have been to this Indulge location many times. I find it more intimate and cozy than the location at SouthGlenn. I enjoyed my flight of red wines and my girlfriend had one of the white flights. Excellent wines in all cases. We had the crab cakes and the flat bread with goat cheese and plums - both were delicious. I look forward to dining there again.”

“We used to drive locally to castle rock venue but I was referred to this location in highlands ranch and the entire check list was demonstrably superior The place was ten times nicer ambiance and tastefully decorated and modern. Above all a very clean and well kept restaurant We had a fantastic hibachi chef. We got a sudden birthday disco like lighting surprise for my wife. The food was immaculate for all concerned. Our party of 8 truly had a wonderful time We would all strongly recommend it”

“The tacos here are pretty consistently good. Whenever you order food online, add about 15 mins to whatever the pickup time; they're always behind on getting the food out. Also, parking is pretty hard in this parking lot on the weekends. The staff is really friendly and they have both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is dog friendly.”

“This is my first time visiting Rush Bowls. Since I was not familiar with the menu, the staff here helped walk me through it. Her name was Brenda and she walked us through the complete menu with great information in regards to health benefits. This is going to be one of my new favorites the atmosphere inside the store is cool. Music is on point! Clean and friendly.”

“OMG! My favorite place for juice, smoothies, avocado toast and acai bowls now has SOUP! Just had their potato squash soup, and it was better than my homemade soup (which is also delicious). Will be visiting often this winter for soup, cappuccino and "stay away cold and flu" juices. Sooo happy to have healthy options close-by!”

“Popped into Cava with the intentions of getting a very fresh, very tasty Greek Salad, topped with gyro meat, and was instantly informed that gyro meat is NOT available. The chicken that came with the salad was delish, and all the vegetables were super-fresh and also delish. Both Jason and Alex were consummate professionals and management should know that, despite me waving cash in their faces (in an obnoxious way, as only a gyro-meat-deprived customer might do), they REFUSED to accept my offer of a gratuity and, instead, encouraged me to return soon. “Always looking for a new place close to work for lunch. First time visiting and ordering from the Highlands Ranch location and it did not disappoint! There are two locations I frequent - Cpl Max Donahue (CMD) and Broadway & Dry Creek (B&DC)! I've been going to these folks for a long while! I know them, and they know me! Now, here's a shout out, to the CMD location, hey TJ! TJ is amazing! He's super welcoming, kind, and charming! I look forward to seeing him because I know I'll be greeted with care and respect! Did you know that all it takes is one person to authentically interact with you to make a positive difference in your life, not just your day, your life. We all need that! I believe that is my gain when I go in there! It's more than coffee. An authentic personable down to earth connection is what Starbucks was founded on and is what is exhibited by the folks in these locations! I wish I knew the ladies names at B&DC, I am always running late when I get there, but it's totally the same great connection and we are not fully on a first name basis! Imagine that! So, maybe a smaller local coffee shop could give that same connection. I mean, I have tried a few, but I am truly not interested in losing what I've found with these Baristas at Starbucks! I believe this is what the new Starbucks CEO Brian Niccol is aiming to reestablish throughout the organization! Getting back to community connection! I am all for that! Thanks TJ and ladies at B&DC! “I am somewhat of a coffee enthusiast, and usually generally unimpressed by Starbucks. However, this morning I was absolutely blown away buy the level of knowledge and helpfulness from the barista, Susan. I expressed to her that usually when I get lattes from Starbucks, I can hardly taste the espresso. She recommended an alternative, and described in detail why her recommended alternative was a good solution to my issue. The end result was the best latte I have ever tasted from any Starbucks! I will definitely come back to this location, especially if Susan is working!”

“Olivia really made my experience outstanding—she is genuinely kind—not the sometimes fake permalinks you get at restaurants (anywhere really!) there had been a small mix up, but she handled it so sweetly and gracefully. You can tell she really truly cares about people, and goes above and beyond to give a great experience!

TBH, before this, I haven’t felt cared about at this store before…it’s been impersonal, and things were forgotten and upon asking they made me feel like a pain for asking. Aside from this being the closest location, I hadn’t planned on returning to it except i needed something late and fast for my kids….after this experience tonight, solely because of Olivia, I will be back here again!

My 3 & 4 year old won’t eat pizza half the time, but devour quesadillas ONLY from qdoba….so, thank you Olivia for turning my experience with this store around, and keep being you!

Don't bother complaining...they never actually credit your or follow through. And good lord! Door Dash throws it in the trunk and makes a huge mess. Yet again another $60 gone. Shame on me for not learning.”
