“I like this place. It has a nice vibe and the tacos are great. The chips and salsa are a great value. And I think they make the chips in house. They will give a refill on the chips too.
I wrote my original review above 7 years ago and am still eating here. If you want a nice vibe sit at the bar where all the bartenders are on the A Team! Kaleb killed it today with his attentiveness and smile!!“

“Great sandwiches and friendly staff. Some of the best bread I've had at a chain shop, get that dutch crunch. Love all the vegetarian options. So great to actually have some choices when getting a vegetarian sandwich. I'll keep coming back for lunch every week“

“Popped into Cava with the intentions of getting a very fresh, very tasty Greek Salad, topped with gyro meat, and was instantly informed that gyro meat is NOT available. The chicken that came with the salad was delish, and all the vegetables were super-fresh and also delish. Both Jason and Alex were consummate professionals and management should know that, despite me waving cash in their faces (in an obnoxious way, as only a gyro-meat-deprived customer might do), they REFUSED to accept my offer of a gratuity and, instead, encouraged me to return soon. Such awesome! So much fresh! I would come back to Cava again and again. Especially if y'all added gyro meat to the Greek salads. Lou“

“Quick pizza with whatever you want. These are individual pies. Not bad for one or two but if you are feeding a crew it may be pricey. Pizzas are delicious thin crust treats. If you like thin crust pizza you have to try this place. It’s a great deal for solo dinners“

Great place. Service is incredible. The manager, Cady is an absolute delight! I think everyone should try this place!
However, before ordering just know these are the largest serving sizes I've ever seen in a brunch place. Come hungry and expect to sleep the rest of the day away“

“We had late lunch at your Highlands Ranch location on Thursday October 26th. We enjoed absolutely excellent service by "Trisha" and her helpers. They were efficient, polite and friendly, Whoever trained them did a superb job. OLG is very fortunate to have such great employees. We will definitely go back.“

“This is a very nice restaurant with a great atmosphere with A very professional wait staff. I took off one star because the guacamole was very salty. The fish and fries were very good. The fries were cooked to perfection, not too soft and not overcooked Ashton is a super attentive waiter and a great conversationalist. One thing most restaurants do that I do not like is loud background music, this restaurant has the perfect relaxing volume. I highly recommend this place for a good relaxing evening!!“

“We used to drive locally to castle rock venue but I was referred to this location in highlands ranch and the entire check list was demonstrably superior The place was ten times nicer ambiance and tastefully decorated and modern. Above all a very clean and well kept restaurant We had a fantastic hibachi chef. We got a sudden birthday disco like lighting surprise for my wife. The food was immaculate for all concerned. Our party of 8 truly had a wonderful time We would all strongly recommend it“

“Best nachos and carrot cake! Cajun fish tacos are awesome, so are the chicken fried chicken and the hatch chile burger. I like that they have healthy options like the bowls, too.“
