Beau Jo's Idaho Springs offers fantastic Mountain Pie, with honey for the crust as dessert. The peppermint espresso martini is a must-try. The server is knowledgeable about the restaurant's history. The only downside is the restroom location. Parking can be a bit of a walk, but following directions leads to the rear parking lot. The restaurant serves classic Italian food in a historic building with detailed architecture. The staff is excellent. The stuffed mushrooms and margherita pizza are delicious options. A great place for anyone visiting North Denver, despite some parking challenges.
