The orange blossom latte was amazing and so was the snowdrop. They both had great flavor without being overly sweet. Every pastry we tried here was delicious. This place knows how to bake pastries!! The swirls are like cinnamon rolls made of croissants, never had anything like it before but they were amazing. The pastries are so good!
Stopped by Edelweiss on the way on i70. Ordered peach turnover along with carmel latte. The pastries are made fresh and served hot. Definitely recommend checking them out on Miner Street.

Edelweiss European Pastry Shop is a great place to relax, with fresh coffee and home style bakery. The Apple Strudel is delicious, the best since Germany, and pastries are beautiful. Good hot coffee and sweet tasty pastry make it a good chill spot with good customer service and good atmosphere. A lovely pastry shop offers fresh cinnamon rolls, buttery with cinnamon swirl. Wonderful German pastries are made in-house, with a favorite Almond Crescent. The avocado toast is very yummy and healthy. The apple strudel is yummy and not too sugary. Friendly service is a little slow, but the environment is pleasant to sit.
