“Stopped in during an overnight stay to acclimate in Idaho Springs prior to heading up to Keystone. Owner was very welcoming. I tried a Lemon and Cheese Pastry and it was delicious. He offered to warm it and wrap it so that I could eat and walk. Flaky pastry with a rich cheese filling and tangy lemon curd. Highly recommend!“
