Great food at very reasonable prices
Everyone loved taking a day trip to Echo Lake Lodge. It was friendly, warm and had personality.
Seasonal workers were from all over the world, fun to meet interesting young people just starting to explore.
The homemade pie was excellent and the atmosphere was authentic.
A treasure for all people to enjoy and is greatly missed.

Echo Lake Lodge, nestled in the picturesque landscape, has been a beloved destination for locals and travelers alike. The lodge, with its rich history, offered a charming souvenir shop and a restaurant serving comforting, delicious meals, including the renowned brownies and pies. Sadly, the lodge closed its doors in 2022, but fortunately, Denver Parks and Recreation plans to refurbish and reopen the lodge in 2026 for its 100th-year anniversary, ensuring that the memories and experiences of this cherished establishment will continue to be shared with future generations.
