Wow!! What an absolute gem. From the amazing greeting to the delectible eclair, this is a must visit stop while visiting Idaho Springs, Colorado.
Great place to relax a little, maybe read a good book, coffee is always fresh and the home style bakery is best kept secret from Denver to the Tunnel, tell them I sent ya, on your next visit....
My blueberry turnover was exceptional! Flakey, buttery and great blueberry flavor. Highly recommend!!
i wonder what kind of apples they use for the strudelβ¦
Stopped in for some Apple Strudel!! Delicious!! So many beautiful pastries I had to contain myself!! Best Strudel Iβve had since Germany π©πͺ! Iβll be back!
Best pastries west of denver
What a nice spot. Quick and delicious. Thank you so much.
Good spot to grab some coffee and party in Idaho springs. Good hot coffee and sweet tasty pastry good chill spot.
Good customer service good people good atmosphere.
Lovely pastry shop. Our cinnamon roll was fresh out of the oven; buttery roll with cinnamon swirl in every bite. It didnβt even need the side of glaze that came with it.
Wonderful German pastries (made in-house!) and friendly service.
My #1 favorite was their Almond Crescent. If they have it available when you visit, you have to try it!!!

The avocado toast was very yummy and healthy. The apple streudel was yummy. But not warm enough. Still yummy and not too sugary. Friendly service but a little slow. Pleasant environment to sit.
Pretty good selection.
Prices are fair and food is good.
Incredible tea, coffee, and pastries. Best earl gray tea thing ive ever had-- im a huge fan of Earl gray tea. The cashier person was nice but it was kinda weird they diddnt give us a bag with our to-go order, not that it is necessary. I hope it wasnt because we were people of color. Its happned in CO small towns before. They were kinda mean to the cashier, my heart goes out to you cashier lady, pls give us a bag next timeβ‘
Absolutely delicious, service was friendly and engaging the pastries are fantastic in everywhere, not from this area but without a doubt will visit this spot again!!
OMG yall. The service 10/10 so kind. One of the ladies was solo when we came in and slammed. She acknowledged us and set expectations and kept checking in for the maybe 2 min we waited. So kind.
The food a million out of 10. We got the green chili sausage croissant was life changing. They heated it up and I was worried it would be soft or chewy and NOPE. It was warm and flakey and soft and crunchy. The seasoning on the outside was amazing. Literally canβt stop talking about it good. So good I walked back in to tell them.
My favorite part while standing in there you can see the mixers and sugar and you know the are making these things with love. We got a honey almond loaf for later I cannot wait to try. Please visit this shop!!!
