I'm a pastry chef from Houston Tx and was vacationing in Idaho springs. When I happened into this unassuming bakery, I did not expect to enjoy the best éclair I've ever had. I also got a delicious blueberry swirl and regretted not getting more! Top notch, hope to return again.
Amazingly good pastries in a historic building in downtown Idaho Springs. We had a cherry turnover and a lemon swirl bun, both delicious. Friendly owner-operators. We'll be back!
The pastries are amazing!! The owners are so friendly and welcoming. Love small businesses that take pride in their products. You can taste the difference. Just visiting Idaho Springs, but I will definitely come back here next time I’m in town!
