“Omg DELICIOUS! Came down from Cheyenne to visit the Hot Springs and LOVED finding a hot dog joint, its one of my favorite things. Staff was friendly, food was out quick, and shoutout to the new guy on his first day! Will absolutely come down this way for Conrads again.“

The food and lunch experience was exactly what you'd expect from a Carl's Jr/Hardee's but this location has a senior woman taking orders (while seated but whatever) who is so delightful and kind. Her customer service gets the whole joint a 5 star review.“

“I placed an order through the app for breakfast. As I was working remotely I was trying to avoid spending time off the clock to go and get my order so I had it set for delivery. After an hour passed and McDonald’s stopped serving breakfast my wife and I ended up going into the store to ask if they had any other information or if we could cancel it or whatever. The manager on duty went out of his way to get us our original order. Which he did not have to do as this was DoorDash’s problem and not his. The service was impeccable and it was very nice of him to do what he did for us“

Parking: Not many spaces in front, one handicap space and had to walk across drive thru to get to front door.“

“I've been ordering the same meatball sub for over 10 years from 100 different subways, it is always a mess at disaster all over the place dripping down my elbows all over my wrapper covering in my face. The woman they have working here Haze I believe her name is is the only person that has ever made it to where it's not messy still loading on all the stuff that I like on there, but not dripping down my elbows! 10 out of 10 would recommend what a great job!“
