Too costly to take a chance on it getting moldy before you can eat it.The bread is good. The size is small compared to other bread. The worst issue is that I have paid a high price for GF bread that has turned totally moldy within days of buying it. I will get two loaves with the same dates on them and one is fine, the other gets moldy. It has to be a packaging issue.
I know they bake good bread. I enjoy their taste. I haul their trash compactors and I can vouch for the fact that they are concerned about the quality of their dough and loads. If it's not good enough they get rid of it.

staff is polite. Don't bother showing up early. Unload trucks one at a time. An hour per truck. 6 trucks in line when I got here. So, I got to hang out for 7 full hours! There's a gate at the entrance, I'm not sure if it's open at night to provide overnight parking. There's no room on the street for parking.
