“Went it today for a cortado with whole milk. It was fairly busy and the baristas gave good service despite it. A little slower than your average shop but that’s only due to the large menu, not the employees fault.
Their espresso is roasted a little dark for my liking but if you like more traditional tasting coffee this is your place. I’m a light roast lover and I crave acidity so it wasn’t exactly for me. Milk texture was on point for being at elevation. Overall well done, just not my personal taste but I know many prefer darker coffee.“

“Wow – the food and service were absolutely top tier! I didn’t even know food could be this good. Also… who is the guy on the computer in the back? Seriously—he’s ridiculously attractive. Too bad he’s married (heartbreak!). But jokes aside, the food and drinks here are an absolute must-try. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know!“

“Love this spot. I spend the first part of my stay in Breck each year checking in at all the coffee shops to be certain I haven't missed anything. While many offer perhaps better coffee, or bad coffee and great food, we find this spot to be the most welcoming with our behaved dog who can enjoy coffee inside with us, enjoy cheap refills, get service with a smile, and chill environment. I did taste a breakfast biscuit and was not thrilled, but I don't come here for food, too many other spots for good food.“

“Great place. My only complaint would be that it's a pretty small serving size as far as gelato places I've been in the past (with equal prices).
However, the employee was very nice and the shop was clean. I would go again.“

“Service is always hit and miss anywhere in Breck but the staff are always much more friendly and helpful in the summer. The breakfast burritos are delicious, esp the bacon and green chilies. The bacon gouda breakfast sammy was also quite tasty. I also snagged a blueberry donut which are brought up from Daylight Donuts in town. Coffee is yummy but all the specialty ones are waaaaaaaay sweet but you can ask for half sweet if that isn’t your thing. As GC8 owners, it’s nice to have a spot on site to pop in and grab a bite. The view doesn’t suck either.“
