Exceptional food. Seasoned with thoughtfulness and balance, cooked beautifully. They are in a beautiful space but lack the benefit of real plates, cutlery, beverages. After my first time I started bringing my own cutlery - the food is worth it! I say we support them until they can have a real restaurant. Takeout is a good option.
Bustop Chicken is a 10/10. Ask the owner the story about it, he'll pull a chair up and tell you. It sounds like an episode of an Anthony Bourdain show.
Ambiance is really nice. Minimalistic, eclectic, a refreshing change of pace from the typical private equity maximalist ipad-kid vibe of almost every other restaurant.

Bee's Thai Kitchen is a wonderful gem offering excellent and delicious Thai cuisine. The food is absolutely top notch, fresh, healthy, and amazing, with every single dish described as incredible. Specific standout meals include the next-level pineapple fried rice, a must-try dish praised for its perfect balance, and the exceptional Khao Soi. The pumpkin curry with chicken and the drunken noodles are also noted favorites. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and cozy with a friendly, homey vibe. The interior features big, beautiful live-edge tables, and there is a unique blend of food truck and in-restaurant dining, sometimes with bubble tents for outdoor seating. The service is warm, friendly, and super nice. The restaurant is considered the best Thai cuisine in the region and is a very welcome addition, providing a unique and exceptional dining experience.
