WOW! WOW! WOW!!! Lake City is so blessed to have this darling cafe!! All their staff is so personable and kind! I tried an iced beet vanilla latte-delish! And it's plant based! Got several bagels w cream cheese for my hiking 14ers family and several locally made chocolate croissants! Waiting on them to try-can't wait!
Best coffee you’ll ever have! The owners are super nice and offer tons of help. Food is delicious, especially the special homemade chimney sandwiches! If you get there early enough, you’re lucky because you can treat yourself to their freshly made pastries right out of the oven before they are sold out. 10/10!

Cafe 98 is a darling cafe in Lake City. The staff is personable and kind, and the owners are super nice and offer tons of help. The coffee is some of the best, including an iced beet vanilla latte that is plant based and a great iced latte. The food is delicious, especially the special homemade chimney sandwiches and sandwiches that are pretty banging. There are many gluten free options, including breakfast bagels/sandwiches, a meat cheddar muffin, and great gf cookies. Freshly made pastries right out of the oven and bagels w cream cheese are available, along with locally made chocolate croissants.
