This is probably the worst Customer service I've ever witnessed in my life. I called this evening because last night I ordered a pizza and I never received it but I got charged for it. Didn't even want to leave a star. My experience last night was rude and disrespectful. I had called in at 10:41 pm for delivery. I told "Richard" my order. Immediately he tries to tell me that my pizza will be charged $30. Mind you, I asked for a medium Pesto Chicken. And he never even asked for my address. Really, $30. I asked why that price? Based on the reviews, Big Daddy's Pizza and Bar Lakewood is the best place to get pizza, with some wings and the rib bite appetizer also being good. The food is always delicious, hot, and ready. The pizza is the bomb, especially when fresh, and even reheated it is still delicious. The cream cheese on a pizza is highly recommended. The lady who runs this location is amazing, provides great customer service, and is always on time with orders. The man who helps is polite. The food is phenomenal, and the service is great, leaving customers with full bellies. While it is a little pricy, it is worth it. Customers have been going for years and would make a trip from out of state to come back.
