“I've ordered food from here and had it before, so I knew it was good. This morning I decided to go in. It's a Saturday, and the owners were there all by themselves. They were very friendly and had a great energy. I ordered the breakfast burrito smothered with green chile. SO GOOD! One of the best in the area for sure. I live on this side of town now so I'll be sure to give them a lot of businesses. It's in an office building, and I hope they stay open because it's one of the best delis around! Spend local!“

“Sullivan’s Scrap Kitchen has a warm and inviting feel as if you’re having dinner with friends or family in their dining room. This year we rented out the entire restaurant for our annual company Christmas party. The staff was friendly and fun. The entire experience was charming. The food was chef inspired with unique flavors. Each course was brought out family style one course at a time. The portions were small which allowed us to eat multiple courses without getting too full. The craft cocktails and cocktails were absolutely amazing just like the food! Best company party yet. “Kimberly Crater is incredible. I was in town for our grandfather's funeral, and a friend recommended me to Kimberly to help with our grandfather's funeral reception. Not the happiest of events of course, and Kimberly was kind and respectful of the situation. She was easy to talk to and spent the time making sure what we wanted was well executed. To highlight her level of attention to detail, our family wanted a potato salad to represent Grandpa's favorite gathering food. She was very sensitive to this and even offered to recreate a family recipe. The whole family thought that was an amazing service to be willing to provide on such short notice. Grandma was really moved. Everything was included in the price, it was completely hands off for us so that we could just be present with family (not worrying about boxing things up to take home, or set up and take down). The quality of the food was fresh and totally perfect. The staff was respectful of the event and ready to help. It really was such a relief in such a sad and overwhelming time. I would highly recommend Encore Catering!“

“They catered our daughter's wedding (Jan. 23, 2021) and it was perfect. Everyone raved about the food - appetizers, salad, entrees and desserts. The service was attentive and gracious. We worked with Katie Quinn who was fabulous.; she was our point person. The salmon was delicious and the filet was cooked to perfection and so delicious. The mini trio of desserts were a big hit (the mini creme brulee was amazing!). The appetizers - tomato soup with grilled cheese, poached pear with sangria & blue cheese and a brie tart with lingonberry on top were so good. Thank you for a memorable evening for our daughter's wedding!“

I've been on both sides of events for many years and every expectation I had was met and exceeded! We had the opportunity to work with SMOKEHOUSE GRILL in Littleton once again for a non-profit organization's fundraiser and they are awesome!
From the moment we starting planning the event, to choosing the menu, to EATING the yummy food, Bob and Teia (and the entire team) were so friendly, professional, and easy to work with!
We needed a full menu for 125+ people, delivered in the Brighton area, and Smokehouse Grill did not disappoint! Our chosen menu was had spicy sausage, pulled pork, smoked chicken, BBQ Baked Beans, Italian Pasta Salad, Creamy Cole Slaw, Rolls, Fresh Baked Cookies, Fresh Baked Brownies, Assorted Canned Soda, and Bottled Water. Our order included condiments, disposable plates, paper napkins, and plastic cutlery - everything was provided so we could enjoy our event!
They kept in touch with us throughout the planning stages - confirmed delivery for the event date - they were on time - and THEY SERVED 125 PEOPLE PROFESSIONALLY AND WITH SMILES DURING THE EVENT - which was outdoors and it was over 100 degrees. At no time did they complain about the heat which we were all feeling - they had the food set up for us - they served us - and they cleaned up afterwards.

“Elizabeth is fantastic! She is easy to work with, very professional and respectful of our house, and has made us many tasty and healthy meals. We have strict dietary restrictions and a lot of preferences, and she is always able to make delicious food meeting all of those requirements. She is able to accommodate changes week to week and special requests. Even after two years, she was still adding new dishes for us to try. She leaves the kitchen cleaner than she finds it every time. Strongly recommend her!“
