KFC in Lakewood

“We only eat at KFC about once a year honestly and we normally just get chicken strips and fixings. It’s always good. I honestly don’t know why we don’t eat there more often. I ordered on the app this time. The order was correct. The people that helped to me when I got to the restaurant we’re very helpful and pleasant. I suppose that nice thing about KFC is it’s always the same.“

“They did a good job of fulfilling my 2 online orders. They were done on time and I received everything ordered. The food was what was expected and we received a free bucket of chicken, which was great! I'll be back again someday. We don't live near this KFC, and it too bad we don't. Ours is gone in Boulder.“

“In my own experience, the food at my local KFC can be anything from 3 to 5 stars. Just not the most consistent. But what happened on this occasion truly flustered me.
Even though my mom is an immigrant. I have always taken issue with people in a public service capacity that do not have a command of the English language. And on this visit, I had to deal with someone who understood almost no English. I suppose the thing that ultimately saved me was my ability to communicate in Spanish. Very frustrating.“

Service was easy and they actually asked if n I wanted to substitute items which I feel nobdy ever asks anymore. The 2 guys and 2 ladies working Halloween 👻 🎃 🌙 in evening thank yous! Food hit the spot!“
