KFC in Lakewood

“Alex, the guy that took my order and handed out at the window was super awesome and kind! Honestly made my night. From the moment I placed my order, I received my food within a minute. And the food tasted great as well. I called and talked to Brenda (Belinda?) the manager and told them about my experience. Exceptional service from the top down. Honestly.“

“In my own experience, the food at my local KFC can be anything from 3 to 5 stars. Just not the most consistent. But what happened on this occasion truly flustered me.
Even though my mom is an immigrant. I have always taken issue with people in a public service capacity that do not have a command of the English language. And on this visit, I had to deal with someone who understood almost no English. I suppose the thing that ultimately saved me was my ability to communicate in Spanish. Very frustrating.“
