Kohler's comes down to the Saturday Market in Colorado Springs and now I look forward to my Saturday quiche and strudel!! So far I've sampled the Chorizo and Potato, Asparagus and Mushroom, and the Green Chili and Bacon quiche. The Green Chili Bacon quiche is sooo delightful, perfect blend of spicy vegetal notes with salty umami bacon enveloped by silky egg and tender pastry. Great pastries and individual quiches that are fantastic!! Bacon and green chile quiche is my favorite! This isn't a retail location open to the public but they sell at multiple farmer's markets, festivals, and also do wholesale. Worth seeking out!! Delicious and best when fresh!

Had their baked goods at the Christkindle market, was in love with all the pastries I got there. Was so surprised to find how close they are to my home in Lakewood, will definitely be stopping by now where they’re located at.Edit to reply: oh, I didn’t know you weren’t a storefront!
