More than an hour before the location closes here at the Colorado Mills Mall and I walk up to the counter to order, screenshot attached to show the time for emphasis, and see that there isn't the items I would want available. So when I start to place my order, I'm told that they are not baking anymore because they have already turned off the ovens more than 75 minutes before the store closes, I get maybe 30 minutes before, but more than an hour?!?! Probably the worst experience I have ever had at one of these! Customer service was awful, the guy should have stayed in bed if he was gonna roll eyes and throw stuff around over some pretzels. With all the other reviews regarding customer service, you would think the manager would take them serious. Won't be back to this one, if your craving pretzels go buy a bag from Target!
