Stopped in for lunch while we passed thru town. We walked in and were told to sit ourselves. Waitress brought menus and took our drink orders. They had a buffet, so we had that, and the carne asada. Both were great choices. The young ladies that were waitresing did a fine job, but everything was too laid back. We were waiting for the bill, but I guess you just paid before leaving. BEWARE! The las Brisas in Lamar does not have the same menu as the one in Denver. They don't have the same drink menu or the food menu as the one on Denver. We were VERY disappointed . My husband ordered the Carnitas, which were deep fried..who does that? Our bill was $50 and we left half the food on the plate.
