“We ordered from Mechitas when there were set up at a local farm for a fall festival.
The food (we ordered nachos, quesadillas and burritos) was fresh, flavorful and portion sizes were excellent.
The service was fast and the woman taking orders was kind and friendly.

“Super friendly and the food is worth going out of your way for. I just had a chorizo breakfast burrito and it was delicious. They have this creamy green sauce that blew me away. I would buy it by the bottle if I could.
Makes me want to move to Ft Collins.“

“This place is amazingggg. I came here on my lunch break, really wanted some Mexican food and this place did not disappoint. I got a fajita burrito with asada, a side of sour cream (which they asked if I'd like in the burrito, yes please!) And some salsa verde which has a nice amount of heat to it ? all for under $11 including tax and tip. This is my new favorite spot in Foco ❤️
Parking: In the auto zone parking lot but plenty of space around it!
Kid-friendliness: Had a whole kid menu which is awesome, will bring my family with me next time“

They just catered another event for me and everyone was raving about how good it was. We feel so lucky to have them serving Wellington.“

“This food truck is incredible! They are always fresh to order so the food is of great quality! They have quesadillas, burritos, tacos and other great stuff. I always get the steak burrito....highly recommend! My kids get the quesadilla and it comes with a little side salad that is really great too! You get a lot of food for a great price as well.
Parking: Parking spots are limited but I've never had to park far away.
