The took extra care of a child with a food allergy and were very kind and respectful. They managed to get out 19 different orders with ease. Will definitely be coming back here because of the two.“

The app offers a free welcome scoop of ice cream. So all in all a very pleasant experience. Thanks for being awesome guys! “I always have great service when here, the staff is amazing. the packaging not so much. when we buy individual glazed we are fine. decided to buy a voodoo dozen for the kids. there was one liner in the whole box. so the grape ape seemed to melt and spread over everything. I trashed half a box I purchased for over$30 because no one would eat them. I was going to drive back out there with the box but it's just out of the way“

John, the owner, stepped up to save the day after another bakery canceled last minute on a birthday cake I had ordered. With less than 24 hour notice, during a peek rush and on a weekend at that, I could not have been more pleased with what he put together for me. After explaining my situation and that it was for my partners 35th birthday party that was a little gay, little disco, little cowboy, I didn't expect anything more than an icing piped "Happy Birthday". Picture attached because he knocked it out of the park and words don't do it justice. I believe the owner helped us, but she was super sweet & it turned out exactly as I imagined it. She even offered a package where we get another one for our anniversary next year so we didn't have to worry about saving it in the freezer! Also just very yummy!

“Nice variety of colossal size cookies. Quiet little cookie shop in Highlands Ranch. $3.50 for a plain cookie or $4.50 to have something written on it. Reasonable prices. I had a buy one get one coupon from the val-pack mailer, so I decided to check it out. I will come back and try the ice cream and definitely keep it mind for gifts and birthdays.“

“I have gone to this little bakery for both lunch & breakfast. Everything I have ordered has been well prepared & tasty. I loved the avocado toast with an egg over medium that I had most recently. The baked goods are beautiful, especially the little cakes.“

“I ordered delivery tonight, (12/11). They called to let me know one of my items couldn’t be completed because they were out of the specialty flavor but unfortunately I missed the call.

When I called them back 10 minutes later, they explained the problem and said they had substituted with the flavor but included all the toppings still. However, because we were looking forward to trying the new seasonal flavor of ice cream we decided to ask for a different flavor all together. Without hesitation the person I was talking to said that wouldn’t be a problem at all, AND without an additional charge, which I was prepared to pay for inconveniencing them! Plus as a bonus they said we’d still receive the “miss up” as an additional “sorry we didn’t have what you originally wanted”, when they didn’t need to do that at all!!!
