“We took our 19 daycare kids here, and the two young men working behind the counter handled there orders like pros! The took extra care of a child with a food allergy and were very kind and respectful. They managed to get out 19 different orders with ease. Will definitely be coming back here because of the two.“

“I ordered a mild spicy bean and cheese burrito and a large Coke. What fantastic customer service!!! Much better than what most of those big fast food restaurants provide. A lot of them only have ONE cashier, but this tiny restaurant has TWO cashiers. You can even order your food online. One of the cashiers came out from behind the cash register, once everyone had ordered and wiped down the counter, and then she took out the trash next to the cash registers. One of the cooks also wiped down the counter, where they pass out the food, while I was waiting for my burrito. You don't usually see employees doing that in those big brand fast food restaurants. However, a lot of them are understaffed and most of their attention is placed on the drive through window customers. The burrito was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant on Broadway in Englewood, Colorado.“

“Great staff. These kids were cool, fun & had no problem telling me about new flavors & letting me sample with the cute lil spoons until I found just the right scoop. The app offers a free welcome scoop of ice cream. So all in all a very pleasant experience. Thanks for being awesome guys! I don't know their names but the workers were super cool, even showed me some beautiful ice cream cakes for an upcoming birthday! I will be back!!!!

“I always have great service when here, the staff is amazing. the packaging not so much. when we buy individual glazed we are fine. decided to buy a voodoo dozen for the kids. there was one liner in the whole box. so the grape ape seemed to melt and spread over everything. I trashed half a box I purchased for over$30 because no one would eat them. I was going to drive back out there with the box but it's just out of the way“

John, the owner, stepped up to save the day after another bakery canceled last minute on a birthday cake I had ordered. With less than 24 hour notice, during a peek rush and on a weekend at that, I could not have been more pleased with what he put together for me. After explaining my situation and that it was for my partners 35th birthday party that was a little gay, little disco, little cowboy, I didn't expect anything more than an icing piped "Happy Birthday". “I ordered delivery tonight, (12/11). They called to let me know one of my items couldn’t be completed because they were out of the specialty flavor but unfortunately I missed the call.

When I called them back 10 minutes later, they explained the problem and said they had substituted with the flavor but included all the toppings still. However, because we were looking forward to trying the new seasonal flavor of ice cream we decided to ask for a different flavor all together. Without hesitation the person I was talking to said that wouldn’t be a problem at all, AND without an additional charge, which I was prepared to pay for inconveniencing them! Plus as a bonus they said we’d still receive the “miss up” as an additional “sorry we didn’t have what you originally wanted”, when they didn’t need to do that at all!!!

I will be ordering from this location again! The staff tonight was very friendly, extremely helpful, and made us some great ice cream!!!“

“ColdStone is a certified Colorado classic and beloved by all ice cream lovers. After all I hear we all scream for ice cream. The staff here are awesome always super attentive and just positively made of smiles. However the young employee Joey went above and beyond making me and especially my fiance feel cared after we felt like a top priority our entire stay every time. Without getting into too much detail, my fiance and I, were having a bit of a mini emergency. She was very supportive and went out of her way to accommodate our needs. She’s the entire reason we felt compelled to write a review! Keep it up ColdStone! And give that young lady a raise!“
