food is better than the average subway and the service is far better. an employee named Sabrina was very understanding and helpful when i realized i left my card at home, and i appreciate that kind of service.
This place is not terrible and yes they were busy, but when I can look over and see that the cucumbers are no longer crisp and are going bad. Or the lettuce is mainly white and wilted, the freshness is called into question.Two other points, the staff making the sandwiches should listen to the customer's full response before trying to guess and make 'something.' Normally, this Subway is really good. The stuff not so friendly, but they get the food right. This last time, the meats looked old, and I have yet to see the slicer in action (I don't care, but I'm sure some people do). I go here often and although it's usually busy and normally one guy working he is is effective and efficient and my food is good. I can't say that this time, maybe they were new.
