“We eat at Sumo Restaurant at least twice a week, and it continues to be one of the best spots in Longmont for consistently great food and friendly service. The staff always make us feel welcome, and the quality never slips no matter how busy they are. We recently tried their new margaritas — mango, strawberry, or peach — and they’re fantastic. Each one is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced (not overly sweet like many fruit margaritas). They’re a fun upgrade to an already great dining experience.
