“We came to Boulder Pho in Longmont for dinner and had an outstanding experience. We were seated immediately, and the host/server was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. Our drinks came out within minutes, and the appetizers followed shortly after—everything was hot, fresh, and delicious at the main course left me extremely satisfied.

The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, which made the whole meal even better. Overall, it was a tremendous experience and we’d absolutely recommend Boulder Pho to friends and family. We’ll definitely be back.

“Loved the food. It's not a fancy place by any means but the food is why you want to go here. And the prices.... Someone was telling me about how eating out for so expensive and you get small amounts of food for a big price. This place is not that. Great food for unbeatable prices is why you should go. I got the pho to go but am planning to go back for other item. Loved that it was a Mom and Pop shop with kids out front. Was all stuffy with a cold and that pho cleared it all up.“

“This place is a Jem. Best pho I've had since I have been to Vietnam. The owner is from Saigon and although she might not give off the friendly vibe, she's super nice. She speaks very broken English, but what she lacks in linguistics she makes up with her Pho recipe.
The broth is to die for. Both my kids loved, and my wife agreed that is was best pho we've had since Saigon. Since trying Phoever 3 weeks ago we've either eaten there or ordered in 4 times.
