“The burgers are the best I've had in Colorado. The fries would be a lot better if they were seasoned but still pretty good. The waitress was attentive but kinda flustered and impatient. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area because again, these are the best burgers I've had in Colorado.“
“It doesn't look that big from. The outside but walk in and errr mah gerd! They literally have stadium seating for the stage. Yes you read that right. Stadium seating! Oh and the giant TV's playing the happening sports, can't miss a single one from wherever you sit. And I giant horseshoe bar, tall cold beer, very friendly and attentive service, on our first visit we only enjoyed the tater skins, which were plentiful and amazing, we had plans on another restaurant to go for dinner, so we didn't endulge in the huge burgers we saw them bringing to other tables. Can't wait to go back. And live country music on the weekends at no cover charge! Get me an Uber please! Because I'm having a great time. Check them out, you will not be disappointed. And if you are, we'll I heard the beer is free.... Tomorrow....“
“The best food and service we have had in a very long time! The steak was cooked perfectly and served on the mashed potatoes so all the yummy dripping soaked up and oooooo so so good! “I don't drink, but I'm sure the drinks are good. I saw some happy people at the bar.The bartender was excellent.Good chilled seating.The food, with the exception of the wings, was sadly underwhelming.Fish was undercooked, and everything else we had was pretty tasteless.Not worth the extra money you have to spend to stay in for convenience.“
“Delicious dinner. Don't miss the Morel Mushroom soup for a true taste of Colorado. The Pear and Gorgonzola salad was crisp and well dressed, served on a chilled plate, with perfectly cooked chicken breast warm on top. The Colorado Ribeye was served perfectly rare, as ordered, with lucioys scalloped potatoes and a mixed vegetable side. I strongly suggest the Cline Ancient Vine Zinfandel as an accomplishment to the steak.Dessert choices for our table included the creme brulee and the Brownie plate( large enough to share) both were excellent.I reviewed this business 4yrs ago , tonight they redeemed themselves.“
“We were on vacation and passing through Fort Collins and looking for a place to eat so of course I turned to google and found Matt’s Place and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. Upon entering we were warmly greeted by Tish the bartender who was attentive to our every request and was friendly and made us feel right at home. The food was delicious and I was so full had I known I would have paced myself for the homemade desserts made by Tish. As we were leaving it started pouring so we extended our stay had a couple margaritas and shot some pool having a great afternoon at Matt’s Place. If you live in Fort Collins or are passing through like we were I definitely recommend stopping in and having a drink a bite and a great timeParking: Easy in and out parking“
“Good burger & fries (& a Reuben...)The bacon on the bacon burger was excellent, both smoky & crispy, with a juicy patty, though it was a little more done than requested.Reuben was filled generously (not quite like a NY deli) with good marble rye & dressing . “Great service and great food! We arrived about an hour before closing so we were a little nervous about the service and quality of the meals but everything was great! My prime rib was exactly as ordered medium rare. The fat cap just melted in my mouth, better than butter! The garlic mashers were fantastic as well. My wife's salad was equally as nice.We will definitely stop here again when we are in town.“
“I think it was Jason that took or order I'm bad with names. Anyways he was very helpful on what to order and offered menu item specials. I was not expecting the amazing food that came. We had the French Dip, Ruben and 1/2 Hamburger, Onion Rings, Fries, Side Salad. We were all impressed with the food everything was hot and extremely tasty. Way way Better than we thought for a Bar style food. 10 Stars... Amazing Food!!!“
“Night Shotz was great, especially if you like to play pool. There were 8 or 9 seven foot valley coin op tables and 3 great looking nine foot Brunswick gold crown tables. Lots of room to play and everyone was very friendly. Good bar and looked like a big menu. We'll be back for sure.“
