“Came in tonight to pick up a pizza. Their online ordering was down, but the guy on the phone was super nice. Pizza was ready in 15 mins (on a Friday night!) super hot and fresh. I usually get delivery vs picking up from this location, but when I went in, I noticed it was really clean and really well staffed. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall just a really nice experience.“
“I usually order online about once a week and normally everything is perfect and I accumulate points towards femree pizzas. However their online ordering app has been experiencing difficulties for at least a week and I haven't been able to redeem my points because this can only be done online. It's extremely inconveniencing and I am beginning to get very displeased because I have been forced to pay more for my food from here for the last two weeks. I hope they resolve this issue soon.“
“I had a fantastic experience at the Dominos on St. Cloud in Loveland. I arrived at 11:30 yesterday to pick up 20 pizzas for a 12:00 event (Pi Day :). I discovered when I arrived that we had accidentally never actually submitted the order. The 3-4 young men working yesterday morning were kind, professional and incredibly efficient. They made me 20 delicious pizzas in record time with a great attitude and also managed to help all the other people who came in while they were busting out my pizzas. Thank you thank you thank you!“
“Don’t get me wrong. I’m grateful for the grub, but there’s no point in ordering through the app if your ticket is gonna sit on the side for 20 minutes. Because they are definitely prioritizing delivery orders. You may as well pull up place an order and pray they address it and in order to speed up the process you should probably just sit in the store and wait.“
